Returns

As all items are made to order we are unable to accept returns unless they are damaged or faulty.

Should your item arrive damaged or faulty you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and return the damaged/faulty items within 7 days from the date of receipt.

Any items returned must be accompanied by full details of the order date, invoice number and description of fault/damage.
