Katan Jewellery is unable to offer sale or return arrangements on any items as all items are made to order.

Items will only be replaced or credited provided it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault, or that the damage has occurred prior to delivery.

We must be notified of items delivered damaged or faulty with 48 hours of delivery by email to info@selini.com and they must be returned to us within 7 days of receipt accompanied by full details of the order date, invoice number and description of the fault unless otherwise agreed. 

All items must be returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase. We will be happy to exchange or refund any items found to be faulty or damaged in transit.

Items returned to Katan Jewellery that do not meet any one of the above requirements will be returned to the customer and a handling charge may be made.

The issuing of replacements and credit notes is at the discretion of Katan Jewellery.
